Avinash's career has spanned multiple regulated and operationally complex industries — engineering, personal hygiene, pharmaceuticals, automotive manufacturing, and oil & gas — where the HR function operates at the intersection of compliance, labour relations, and large-scale workforce management. He has held senior corporate roles, including Corporate Head of HR, where his remit covered the full HR lifecycle: workforce planning, IR, organisation design, and the development of mid- and senior-leadership benches.
His background combines a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with postgraduate specialisation in Human Resources — a pairing that has shaped his ability to talk plant-floor reality with operations leaders and boardroom strategy with CHROs. Inside Posimind, Avinash leads the firm's HR consulting engagements and serves as the senior advisor on complex IR and compliance briefs.
Avinash is also one of the firm's most active mentors. He has trained over one hundred managers across his career and continues to invest time in developing junior consultants on the Posimind team.
