These terms govern your use of posimind.in, the website of Posimind Consulting LLP. By using the website, by sending us an enquiry, or by applying to a role listed here, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms

2. Use of the website

You may read this website, share links to it, and use its forms to reach us. In return, you agree to use it lawfully and to leave it working for everyone else. You must not:

• scrape, harvest, copy or republish the content of this website by automated means;
• interfere with the security, availability or performance of the website, or try to reach any part of it you have not been given access to;
• submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form, or use our forms to send bulk, promotional or abusive messages;
• upload anything containing malicious code, or anything you do not have the right to give us.

3. Candidates

No fee, ever. We are paid by the organisations that engage us. Candidates pay us nothing at any stage, and no one is entitled to ask you for money on our behalf. If you are ever asked, tell us.

When you send us your details, you confirm that they are accurate and that they are yours to share, and you authorise us to hold your profile so that we can consider you for current and future searches. We present your profile to a client organisation only for a specific role and only after you have agreed to that role. Please keep us informed if your circumstances change.

Applying to a role does not guarantee a reply, an interview, a shortlist place or a placement. Hiring decisions belong to the client organisation. We may decline to represent you, or end a representation, where we judge that we cannot serve you or the mandate well. You may withdraw at any time, and you may ask us to remove your profile, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Client organisations

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services, and nothing here creates an engagement. Our work for a client is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees and confidentiality. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement prevails.

5. Confidentiality

Discretion is the substance of our work. We do not publish the identity of our clients, and we do not publish candidate details. Information you receive from us in confidence, including candidate profiles, position specifications and market intelligence, is for the purpose we gave it to you and must not be passed on without our written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The Posimind name and logo, and the text, design, images and code of this website, belong to Posimind Consulting LLP or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may quote a short extract from an article in our Insights section if you attribute it to Posimind Consulting and link to the original page. Any other reproduction, adaptation or redistribution needs our written permission first.

7. Third-party links

This website links to sites we do not run. We choose those links with care, but we do not control what those sites publish or how they handle your information, and we are not responsible for either. Their terms and their privacy notices apply once you leave us.
