Heads Posimind's Karad branch. Combines an administration and PR background with a local network across western Maharashtra to extend the firm's reach beyond Pune.
Swapna Kulkarni is the Branch Head of Posimind Consulting's Karad office. She runs the firm's operations in western Maharashtra and is the senior contact for clients and candidates engaging with Posimind outside the Pune metro.
Swapna's background combines administration and public relations — a combination that has been useful for the kind of work the Karad branch handles. Western Maharashtra has a different talent market than Pune. Many of the firms in the region are family-owned or first-generation founder businesses, with hiring decisions made by owners and informal networks that take time to learn. Swapna's relationships across the region are how Posimind gets traction in those conversations.
Inside the firm, Swapna runs the branch's day-to-day operations and is the local link between the Karad team and the Pune partners. Her remit covers everything from client engagement and candidate management to the administrative spine that keeps a regional branch operating to the same standard as the head office.
Western Maharashtra hires on relationships, not job descriptions. Get the first part right and the hiring follows.
